SCHOOL CLOSURE INFORMATION
Per Governor Ducey's announcement, all schools in the State of Arizona will be closed through the end of the year.  Our summer school options are still pending depending on how situations look come June and July.  Even with schools closed, we are still not closed completely.  Per Arizona Department of Education, schools are to continue to provide educational opportunities for students through the end of the year.  So homework packets and assignments will continue as the have for the last few weeks.

We will be offering FREE meals to children under the age of 18.  If you signed up for these the other day when you picked up your packet, we have your numbers for Monday.  If you haven't, please let us know how many children you need to pick up for so we can make adjustments for the Wednesday drop off.  All children under the age of 18, whether they are a student with Pearce or not, can get meals through the school.  However, we need a head count so that we make sure we have enough meals going out.  Please call the school, if you haven't already signed up through us.

Students at the Courtland Road pick up, if you need meals or homework packets, please contact Mr. Hart to arrange a pick up time for those.

Homework packets will go out every week on Wednesday.  We will be doing packet drop off and completed homework pick up at the same time we drop off meals.  Packets will be available for pick up on Wednesday, at the following locations and times. Please return your completed homework when you pick up your packets.  ALL Junior High teachers are on Google Classroom.  Please have your student check their email for log in information so that they can work with their teachers through there and get further assignments through that platform.

Our goal is keep students learning during this closure as much as possible.  So it is important for the packets to be completed and returned to the school.  These homework assignments will be graded and entered into the gradebook.  They are not optional.

As new information becomes available, we will post it here and our Facebook page.  We will post general links here for educational information as well as health information as we find it!
